The relationship between assignees and their cultural trainer begins with a virtual-connection before they leave, ensuring that assignees arrive already knowing a familiar face. The same trainer will facilitate assignee’s progress and coach them through new and difficult situations to effectively minimizing all potential mishaps inside and outside of workplace.
Hands-on Practice
Assignees do not have to experience the world on their own. Hands-on practice takes learning out of the classroom into the real world, like having a local friend to guide you, assignees can feel confident and safe while learning in real-time.

Unlike the Intensive Language Program where it is classroom-based, with hands-on practice, the assignee will discover the culture and language though practical experience ranging from how to talk to a banker to discovering the newest restaurants.
