Our VIP program seamlessly brings the Assignee's family into a new world before and after their arrival. They will be virtually connected to their cultural trainer
pre-departure and then have a familiar face to guide them post-arrival.
Assignees learn the basic concepts of culture, identify the processes that influences the formation of their own culture, recognize how factors impact work and social
life, and receive tools on how to adapt and deal with differences.
To ensure that the assignee's family has a channel of support to help them settle into their new environment, GO's trainers can help families identify networking resources, adjust expectations, and become familiar with basics of daily living, such as education systems, shopping, healthcare, transportation, banking, or setting up a household.
Cultural adaptation takes more than just a one-time orientation. In long-term, to help assignees stay on their feet, a trainer serves as mentor to regularly listen, evaluate, and provide guidance through the course of their assignment.
