Cynthia is a strong communicator, innovator, and collaborator. She has an interest in working globally while serving locally. Cynthia has strong process management, talent acquisition and customer service skills coupled with understanding the need for empathy and open mindedness in the workplace and world. She has also worked in management across the travel, leisure and relo industries as well as management of a HUD Homelessness Prevention initiative in Cleveland.

Time with family takes top spot on my priority list. I love to cook and try new ingredients and flavors but am truly happiest sitting at a picnic table with a tower of perfectly seasoned crab, freshly shucked oysters, and a cold glass of white wine. I am a mountains and beach girl – bonus if they are next to each other! I love to help people and am happy that I am able to do so through my work. I am studying User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) so that I can continue to “work” from my (not yet located) ex-pat retirement apartment in the Le Marche region of Italy.
